a) JAMB Cut Off Mark: Candidates must score at least 100 – 159 for NCE full time programmes and 160 and above is for Degree programmes in the 2024 UTME and such candidate must have selected Nwafor Orizu College of Education Nsugbe as their first choice of Institution during the UTME registration or must have completed a change of institution to NOCEN and making it his or her 1st choice of institution.
b) Candidates who did not choose NOCEN as their first choice institution, but wish to study in the institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for NOCEN Post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Nwafor Orizu College of Education Nsugbe on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.
c) Candidates with AWAITING RESULTS who selected Nwafor Orizu College of Education Nsugbe as their 1st choice of institution during the 2024 UTME registration or changed their institution and course to NOCEN are ELIGIBLE to apply for NOCEN post UTME form for the 22024/2025 academic session.
d) O’Level Requirements: Candidate must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes at GCE O/Level, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent and these subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics.

Step 2 – Follow the Fill in Registration page and provide your UTME REG Number, a valid email address, your PHONE NUMBER, and other required information.
Step 3 – Submit the form. Ensure that you enter your personal phone number and email to receive important notifications from NOCEN.
Step 4 – You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Step 5 – Open your email and click on the confirmation link to proceed.
Step 6 – Upon confirmation, you will be redirected back to the NOCEN portal.
Step 7 – Log in using your email address.
Step 8 – A Remita payment (RRR) will be generated.
Step 9 – Print out the RRR page and make a payment of N2,000 at any bank of your choice nationwide.
