Description For 2024 Scholarship in Asymmetric Catalysis At University of Groningen
The selected candidates will work on a joint project between the groups of Prof. Ben Feringa and Dr. Robert Pollice, with a focus on leveraging self-driving laboratories and artificial intelligence to accelerate the discovery of phosphoramidite ligands for catalytic reactions in water. The project will involve the development of efficient modular synthesis methods for phosphoramidites, exploration of novel catalytic conversions in water, and expansion of the phosphoramidite ligand family.
