Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be an international student (neither a citizen, permanent resident, nor a resident visa holder of New Zealand or Australia).
- Be either: a new student with a conditional or unconditional offer of admission to an undergraduate or postgraduate program, or an English Language Academy (ELA) student or a Summer Start International program participant who has received an offer of admission.
- Enroll full-time in an undergraduate degree, PGDip, or master’s programme at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland.
- Have an equivalent Grade Point Equivalent (GPE) of at least 6.00 for consideration.
Note: Students who have previously studied in New Zealand, or are enrolling in certain business master’s programs, are not eligible for this scholarship.
Closing Dates:
- 24 October 2024 (for Semester One 2025 intake)
- 1 April 2025 (for Semester Two 2025 intake).
