- Possess the ability to speak and write English well.
- Attend every morning and evening session, since they will take place in various time zones across the globe.
- Be able to take part in monthly virtual sessions lasting two hours.
- Focus entirely on the Summit as a whole.
- Have a desire to communicate across cultural boundaries.
