Are you a driven young leader prepared to change the world? One hundred up-and-coming leaders are invited to participate in the Global Leadership Challenge 2024 (GLC) and take on the most important issues facing the world today. GLC is looking for young professionals and postgraduate students who are committed to changing the world for the better through a rigorous selection procedure.
Young leaders from all over the world come together for the Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2024. It seeks to develop responsible leadership abilities while applying design thinking concepts to tackle difficult global issues. Inspiring participants to study, develop, and lead for the greater good of society, the program is a partnership between the St. Gallen Symposium and the Oxford Character Project. Eligibility Criteria:
You need to fulfill the following requirements in order to be qualified for the Global Leadership Challenge 2024:
- Be a young professional, between the ages of 21 and 30, or a student now enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.
- Have finished your undergraduate coursework.
- Show your dedication to responsible leadership by showcasing your prior extracurricular involvement or professional expertise.
- Be able to devote five half-days, from December 12–16, 2024, to active involvement.
- To obtain the Certificate of Achievement, participants must actively participate in the program throughout.
- Applications from all academic fields and backgrounds are encouraged to apply to the GLC.
Application Process:
The GLC application process is currently available if you’re prepared to take on the challenge! Based on your interests and choices, you will be paired with four other GLC members when you apply. This guarantees a fulfilling experience in which you can contribute to the challenge area most suited to your interests and abilities.
