Eligibility Criteria:

- Residents must not be citizens of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland.
- Support Eligibility: Not eligible for Dutch study grants, loans, or EEA student tuition reductions.
- Not Complete Coverage Scholarships: During the AMS time, applicants are not permitted to hold additional full scholarships.
- Admission to an MSc Program: To get admission to a UvA MSc program, submit a completed application.
- First-time Admission: Enroll in the UvA MSc program for the first time.
- Visa Compliance: If appropriate, fulfill the requirements for a Dutch visa.
- A recent graduate is someone who finished their previous course of study within the last three years.
Note: If a student’s nationality, residency permit status, or financial assistance changes throughout the academic year, they must notify the International Team right once.
Application Process:
The MSc program application incorporates the AMS application. Just make sure you meet all the conditions for the scholarship by checking the UvA scholarship box on the application form. Included in the motivation letter should be a paragraph explaining why you wish to be nominated for AMS and how it will impact your career.
