The China Scholarship Council (CSC) created the China Link Scholarship Program 2025, which provides a distinguished venue for international talent to promote academic cooperation and cross-cultural exchange in the center of China.
A fully-funded scholarship program, the China Link Program seeks to improve global academic ties and give access to China’s vibrant academic and cultural landscape. - Completed BLCU Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form
- Passport copy
- Certificate of study or employment
- Academic transcripts
- Certification of language proficiency (HSK, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
- Study/research plan (minimum 500 words)
- Physical examination form
- Non-criminal certificate

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria in order to be considered for the China Link Scholarship Program:
- Have citizenship in a nation other than China.
- Prove your moral character and academic prowess.
- Be younger than forty-five (general scholars) or younger than fifty (senior scholars).
- Be a full-time student or member of the academic staff at a university that is a CSC partner.
- Obtain a Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) invitation letter or admission notice.
