Fulbright Scholarship 2025-26 For International Students:
The Fulbright Scholarship for the United States in 2025–2026 is open for applications. All international students worldwide are welcome to submit an application. Fulbright is a fully funded scholarship that allows students to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees in the United States. The USA Fulbright Scholars Program is available to 150 nations worldwide. List of Study Fields Available:
- With the exception of clinical medicine, all disciplines are qualified.
- Applications are highly encouraged from those working in the following fields: energy, water, agriculture, public health, education, social sciences, journalism and mass communication, arts and culture, management, including museum studies and heritage conservation, urban and regional planning, environmental science and studies, security and peace studies, and data science.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) may also apply for an MBA. It is advised that you have at least two years of work experience in your selected profession before applying for an MBA.
Eligibility Criteria:
In order to be eligible for the US Fulbright Scholarship, applicants must fulfill the requirements listed below.
- A four-year bachelor’s degree or a 16-year bachelor’s and master’s degree combined from an authorized university is required for the master’s degree program.
- With the exception of those with an MBA and those in public policy or administration, who need two years of work experience, recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A Master’s, M.Phil., or equivalent degree (at least 18 years of formal education) from an authorized university is required for the PhD program.
- Candidates with prior job experience in Pakistan’s public sector, academia, or research are strongly preferred.
- With the exception of clinical medicine, all academic fields are eligible for the Masters and PhD degrees.
- All applicants must take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Minimum verbal and quantitative scores of 138 and 136, respectively, are needed under the revised scoring scheme.
- Additionally, candidates must be highly proficient in both written and spoken English. All chosen applicants will need to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Note: Prior to the deadline, candidates must have taken the GRE. The TOEFL is not required for the application. Only those who are chosen will need to take the TOEFL.
