  • A copy of the degree certificate and transcript for the four years of the undergraduate program.
  • English Language Ability Need: Work certificate given by the employer; TOEFL (computer-based): 213 or iTOEFL: 80; or IELTS: 6 (writing and overall).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess nationality from an ADB nation. Check Your Country Name on the ADB – Japan Scholarship Program to view the list of current developing members.
  • Preference for candidates who are female.
  • Candidates with fewer financial capabilities will be given preference. Individual income should not exceed USD 25,000 annually, and family income should not exceed USD 50,000 annually.
  • An exceptional academic record combined with a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • A minimum of two(2) years of full-time professional job experience at the time of application, obtained upon completion of an undergraduate degree.
  • At the time of application, no older than 35. The age restriction is 45 for programs that are suitable for senior officials and managers in extraordinary circumstances.
