DAAD – MUBAS Scholarship 2025 For International Students:
The Master of Science in Environmental Health Program at Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS), School of Science and Technology, is thrilled to announce that applications are now being accepted for its September 2025 start date. Through its In-Country/In-Region Scholarship Program, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) sponsors a small number of scholarships offered by this esteemed program. The fellowship, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is intended for public sector professionals and university employees who want to pursue advanced academic training. Financial Benefits:
Tuition Fees:

Thesis Publishing Costs:
- 400 EUR, provided once towards the end of the scholarship.
Monthly Scholarship (Accommodation, food, etc.):
- 300 EUR per month for In-Country students.
- 400 EUR per month for In-Region students.
Travel Allowance (In-Region only):
- Usually given twice, at the start and finish of the scholarship.
- The Letter of Award will outline the flat rate travel allowance.

- Paid annually.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for this opportunity:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate above-average academic achievement with a GPA of 2.5 or higher, credit, or distinction.
- A degree in one of the following fields from an accredited university is required:
- Public Health
- Environmental Health
- Related fields of study.
- The degree must have been granted no more than six years ago.
- Candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds and women are especially encouraged to apply.
