Erasmus Mundus Europe MAPP Scholarship 2025-2027 For International Students:
The European Union’s Erasmus+ program offers a prominent financial aid program called the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) 2025–2027 scholarship. It is provided by the Mundus MAPP Consortium and aids outstanding students who want to pursue higher education from both inside and outside the EU.
The top-ranked applicants receive the EMJM scholarship for the entire 24-month program. With a monthly value of €1,400, it covers a variety of charges up to €33,600, including travel, visa, installation, and subsistence. Furthermore, recipients of scholarships are fully exempt from tuition costs, guaranteeing gifted people everywhere fair access to school. Financial Benefits:
The Mundus MAPP Consortium also offers Institutional Scholarships, which erase 50% of tuition fees for both program years, in addition to the EMJM award. This does not, however, come with a salary, in contrast to the EMJM scholarship.

Expenses Not Paid for by the EMJM Scholarship
Even with its extensive support, some costs are not paid for, such as:
- Study Visit: €600–€1,000 (Year 1 spring term).
- Winter School: €600–€1,000 (Year 2 winter term).
- Travel and visa costs between home countries and consortium universities or when transitioning to the Year 2 institution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Further funding is not available to applicants who have already benefited from an EMJM scholarship.
- During their enrollment, recipients of EMJM scholarships are not eligible to receive financing for the same or a different course from another EU scholarship program.
Application Process:
Admissions and the Application Procedure
The Central European University Private University (CEU PU) is in charge of centrally managing admissions to the Mundus MAPP program. Applications go through a thorough qualitative evaluation that is collaboratively carried out by the four consortium universities.
Application portal: The CEU PU online application system is the only way to submit an application.
Application fee: Unless they are applying for other CEU programs, applicants are exempt from paying the CEU application fee.
Mobility Tracks
There is only one mobility track available to candidates:
- CEU PU-IBEI track – Specialization in Global Public Policy
- CEU PU-York track – Specialization in European Public Policy
- ISS-IBEI track – Specialization in Political Economy and Development
- ISS-York track – Specialization in Governance and Development
