Sustained Eligibility Conditions

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for the Regents’ Scholarship:
- Be accepted as a freshman at Texas A&M University College Station, including the Engineering Academy at Galveston, the McAllen Higher Education Center, or the Engineering Academy at Blinn Bryan.
- Since neither parent has a bachelor’s degree, you are a first-generation college student.
- Own an annual family income of less than $40,000, as confirmed by the FAFSA or TASFA.
- Unless a special housing appeal is granted, you must live on campus for the duration of your first year at the College Station and Galveston campuses.
Application Process:
The Regents Scholars Program does not have its own application procedure. But you have to:
